These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and WORKSJO LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Description of Service

Chatloom is an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage intelligent chatbots. Our Service includes:

• AI chatbot creation and customization
• Widget embedding for websites
• Conversation management and analytics
• Training data management
• API access (for applicable plans)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Not impersonate any person or entity

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free (Starter): 1 agent, 100 messages/month
• Professional: 3 agents, 10,000 messages/month, 14-day free trial
• Enterprise: Custom pricing with unlimited features

4.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Free Trial

Professional plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology

6. AI and Content

6.1 AI-Generated Content

Chatloom uses artificial intelligence to generate chatbot responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for monitoring chatbot interactions
• We do not guarantee the quality of AI-generated content
• AI models may improve over time

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us:

• License to use your content to provide the Service
• Right to process and analyze data to improve the Service
• Permission to display your chatbot as configured by you

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by WORKSJO LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Chatloom" and our logos are trademarks of WORKSJO LTD. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages (except Enterprise SLA)
• Compatibility with all systems
• Prevention of all security threats

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Pose a security risk

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKSJO LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WORKSJO LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in London, United Kingdom.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
