プライバシーポリシー

Chatloom（以下「当社」）へようこそ。本プライバシーポリシーは、WORKSJO LTDが運営するAI搭載チャットボットプラットフォームおよびサービスをご利用いただく際の、お客様の情報の収集・利用・開示・保護について説明するものです。

2. 収集する情報

2.1 お客様からご提供いただく情報

• アカウント情報（氏名、メールアドレス）
• 請求情報（Stripeを通じて安全に処理されます）
• チャットボットの設定データ
• トレーニングデータおよび会話履歴
• カスタマーサポートに関するやり取り

2.2 自動的に収集される情報

• 利用データおよびアナリティクス
• デバイス情報およびIPアドレス
• Cookieおよび類似のトラッキング技術
• ログファイルおよびエラーレポート

3. 情報の利用目的

• サービスの提供および維持のため
• お取引およびサブスクリプションの処理のため
• プラットフォームの改善および最適化のため
• アップデート、セキュリティ通知、サポートメッセージの送信のため
• 技術的な問題の検出、防止、対処のため
• 法的義務を遵守するため

4. AIおよびデータ処理

Chatloomは、AnthropicのClaudeを搭載した人工知能（AI）を使用してチャットボットサービスを提供します。当社プラットフォームのご利用にあたり：

• お客様のトレーニングデータはチャットボットの応答改善のために処理されます
• サービス品質向上のために会話データが分析される場合があります
• お客様のデータを保護するために暗号化およびセキュリティ対策を実施しています
• AIモデルプロバイダーは各社の規約に従ってデータを処理する場合があります

5. データの共有および開示

以下の相手方とお客様の情報を共有する場合があります：

• サービスプロバイダー： Anthropic, OpenAI and Google (AI inference), Cohere and Voyage (search/embedding, where applicable), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Upstash (Redis cache). 当社はお客様の個人情報を第三者に販売することは一切ありません。

6. データセキュリティ

お客様のデータを保護するため、以下を含む適切な技術的・組織的措置を講じています：

• 通信時および保存時の暗号化
• 定期的なセキュリティ監査およびアップデート
• アクセス制御および認証
• 安全なデータセンターおよびインフラストラクチャ

7. データの保持

お客様のアカウントが有効である限り、またはサービス提供に必要な限り、お客様の情報を保持します。会話データはデフォルトで30日間保持されますが、設定で変更可能です。

8. お客様の権利

お客様には以下の権利があります：

• 個人データへのアクセス
• 不正確なデータの訂正
• データの削除要求
• データのエクスポート
• マーケティング通信のオプトアウト
• 同意の撤回

9. Cookie

当社は認証、設定保存、アナリティクスのためにCookieおよび類似技術を使用しています。ブラウザの設定からCookieを制御できます。

10. 自動意思決定

当社のAIチャットボットは、お客様の入力に基づいて応答を生成するために自動処理を使用しています。これらの応答は、お客様に法的またはそれに類する重大な影響を与えるものではありません。AIは、サービスへのアクセス、価格設定、資格に関する決定を行いません。AI生成の応答について人間による審査を要求する権利があります。support@chatloom.appまでお問い合わせください。

10. 国際データ移転

Your data may be transferred and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and the European Commission to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers. Our sub-processors include Anthropic, OpenAI and Google (AI processing), Cohere and Voyage (search/embedding, where applicable), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), Upstash (Redis cache), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). The complete and current list, including processing purpose and location, is published at /sub-processors and updated whenever we add or change a sub-processor.

11. 児童のプライバシー

Our services are not intended for children below the age of digital consent in their country (between 13 and 16 depending on jurisdiction; 13 in the UK and US, 16 in Germany and several other EU member states). We do not knowingly collect data from children below the applicable age, and we will delete such data on becoming aware of it.

13. カリフォルニア州プライバシー権（CCPA/CPRA）

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information and we honour Do Not Sell or Share opt-outs); non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us at support@chatloom.app. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days, with one extension of up to 45 additional days where reasonably necessary, as permitted under CCPA section 1798.130(a)(2).

14. ブラジルデータ保護法（LGPD）

ブラジルにお住まいの場合、一般データ保護法（LGPD）に基づく権利があります。処理の確認、データへのアクセス、不完全または不正確なデータの訂正、不要なデータの匿名化・ブロック・削除、データポータビリティ、データが共有される第三者に関する情報、および同意を撤回する権利が含まれます。LGPD上の権利を行使するには、データ保護責任者（support@chatloom.app）までご連絡ください。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、メールまたはプラットフォームを通じてお知らせします。
