Chatloom learns your course notes, rulebooks and PDFs, then answers your members where they already talk: your Telegram group, WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord or your website. In each member's language, with the source named.
In Telegram groups it answers only when someone mentions it
Sound familiar?
The same questions, every day, in every group
You answer what is already written down
The rule, the deadline, the step that comes first. It is all in your material, and you still type it out again every evening.
Members wait, or guess
A question at midnight waits until morning. Someone else answers from memory, and now half the group has the wrong version.
Generic AI does not know your material
A general chatbot answers confidently about rules it has never read. Your members need your answer, not the internet's.
What it does
An assistant that quotes your material, not the internet
Answers from your material, nothing else
It works from what you give it: PDFs, files, web pages and your own questions and answers. When your material does not cover something, it says so and points the member to you instead of inventing an answer.
Every answer can show where it came from
Replies name the document they are based on, so members can open your rulebook or notes and read the original. On your website the sources appear under the answer.
It lives where your group already is
In a Telegram group it answers when someone mentions it or replies to it, and stays quiet otherwise. Members can also write privately on Telegram, to your WhatsApp number, by Instagram DM, Messenger, Discord's /ask, email or on your website. One knowledge base behind all of them.
You keep the last word
Read every conversation in one inbox. Members can ask for a person at any time. Add words it must stay away from and a disclaimer it always includes, and see the questions your documents could not answer, so you know what to write next.
Priced per answer, not per member
100 answers a month free, 5,000 for $29, 25,000 for $79. A question and its reply count as one. A 300-member group asking five questions a month fits in Basic: about $0.10 per member.
How it works
Live in an afternoon
1
Add your material
Upload PDFs and files, add the pages of your website, or paste your rules and FAQ. Replace a file and it answers from the new version; web pages are re-read every week.
2
Connect it where your members talk
Add the bot to your Telegram group, connect your WhatsApp number or Instagram in one click, or place it on your website. Test it on your own questions before anyone else sees it.
3
Read, refine, repeat
Every conversation lands in your inbox. The questions it could not answer show up in a list, so each week your material gets a little more complete.
Where it answers
Honest about every app
Here is exactly how it behaves in each place your members might ask.
App
How it answers
Telegram groups
When someone mentions it or replies to it. Silent otherwise, so it never floods the chat.
Telegram private chats
Any message, including voice notes and photos.
WhatsApp
One to one on your business number, voice notes included. Not inside WhatsApp groups: put your number's link in the group description.
Instagram DM and Messenger
Direct messages, connected in one click.
Discord
Through the /ask command in your server.
Website and share link
A chat window on your site, or a link you can post anywhere. Sources appear under each answer.
Email
Replies in the same thread.
Not supported today: LINE, KakaoTalk and WeChat. If your group lives there, share the website assistant's link in the group.

The questions after every module
Which step comes first, what to do when a result goes wrong, where the template is. Upload the handbook and FAQ, and participants get the answer at any hour, by text or voice note, with the chapter named. Once a week, read the unanswered questions and add what was missing.
Trading academies
The rules, in every member's language
Evaluation steps, risk limits and payout timing live in a few PDFs, and the same questions arrive in the Telegram group every night. Members mention the assistant and get the rule in their own language, with the document named. Account-specific questions still go to your team, and every answer can carry your "not financial advice" line.
Study groups and associations
What the notes said, when someone asks
A study group talks all week between meetings; a club fields the same questions about fees and events. Put the notes, guides or statutes in, and the assistant answers from them and names the source. Personal or pastoral questions are not its job: it says so and points to you.

Questions owners ask us
Will it make up answers?
It answers from the documents you give it. When they do not cover a question, it says so and points the member to you instead of guessing. No AI is perfect, so every conversation is in your inbox, and a list shows the questions your material could not answer.
Will it pretend to be me?
No. It is an assistant that quotes your material, not a copy of you. Members can ask for a person at any time. If you connect your own Telegram account, the first reply in each chat says an AI wrote it, and when you reply yourself on WhatsApp Business or Telegram it steps back for that person.
Does it read every message in my Telegram group?
No. In groups it only answers, and only keeps, the messages that mention it or reply to it. Everything else in the group is ignored and never stored.
Can it answer inside my WhatsApp group?
No. WhatsApp only allows business bots in very small groups for a few approved accounts. Members message your WhatsApp number one to one instead: put the link in your group description and it answers each of them privately.
My community is on LINE, KakaoTalk or WeChat.
Those apps are not supported today. You can use the website assistant or its share link and post the link in your group.
What does it cost per member?
You pay per answer, not per member. 300 members asking five questions a month is 1,500 answers, inside Basic at $29: about $0.10 per member. 2,000 members at five questions is 10,000 answers, inside Pro at $79: about $0.04 per member.
What happens to my documents and my members' messages?
Your documents are used to answer your members, and conversations appear only in your inbox. Nothing is used to train AI models. You can delete documents at any time, and our privacy policy and sub-processors page list what is stored and who processes it.
Which languages does it answer in?
The language each member writes in, even when your documents are in a single language.
Can it give long, detailed answers?
Yes. Set the reply length to detailed and it explains step by step, quoting the passages it relies on.
Can I keep it away from some topics or add a disclaimer?
Yes. Add words and topics it must stay away from, and a disclaimer it always includes, such as "not financial advice" or "for study purposes only".
How do I keep it up to date?
Replace a file and it answers from the new version straight away. Web pages you added are re-read every week.
Do I have to set it up myself?
No. Send us your files and tell us what it should handle, and we set it up with you. It is free on every plan, including Free.
Does it moderate my group?
No. It answers questions and does not ban, mute or delete anything. Keep your moderation bot.
