We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and the European Commission to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers. Our sub-processors include Anthropic (AI processing, US), OpenAI (AI processing, US), Stripe (payments, US), Vercel (hosting, US), Clerk (authentication, US), and Supabase (storage, US).

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
